What You Will Receive?

Strength/Power

Athletes will receive monthly training plans, based off their individual needs. Using a progressive system to maximize results.

Nutrition

Athletes will receive a meal plan to maximize their results from training. Plans are created to maximize recovery and promote fat loss, muscle gain or strength gain.

Phone/Email Support

Athletes will receive my personal phone and email so that constant feedback can be given. Athletes are required to send me video/progress reports, so that technique can be changed or changes can be made to the program.
